Born in Tehran  on 1959, he has B.A of Management with good experience in  the field of Cinema and movies. He established this  company  in 1984  and  promote it  to one of the best and largest film producers in Iran.  Now he is  director of Syndicate of Iranian Film Producers and Distributorship. He was awarded as  the best  Iranian film  producer  in 1999  by  the 18th  Fajr International  Film  Festival  for the  film  "Smell of Camphor, Fragrance of Jasmine".

Mostafa Shayesteh

Born  in  Tehran  on 1958. He has B.A of  Management too, with high experience in  the  financial  issues. Executive  Producer  of  most  of Hedayat Film's works specially the recent ones. He had major role in producing  "Dances  With Dreams",  a co-production  with Argentina. Iranian filmmakers believe that there is a few real expert in the field of cinema in Iran  and he is one of them. They always try to consider his comments and recommendations for their works and productions. Now  he  is  secretary  and  a  member  of  High  Tax  Commission of Iranian Cinema as well as consultant of some official organizations.
